Transforming Care Services (we’ or us’) are a data controller’ for the Data Protection and compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations-GDPR.

We might collect this information when supplying services to you, when you make purchases from TCS or when you sign up for news letters

We may receive information about you from other sources, such as employee information, employment web sites or job adverts.

We will add this data to the information we hold about you to confirm the user’s age and address and to improve and personalise our services.

What rights do you have?

You can request a copy of your information that we hold (known as a subject access request/SAR). You can also email, call or write to use but you must provide proof of your identity and address and tell us what information you require, including account or reference number, if available.

Right to correct any mistakes in your information

You can require us to correct any mistakes in your information which we hold free of charge.

If you would like to do this, please contact us using the contact details on our web site and provide sufficient information to enable us to identify you (e.g. account number, user names, registration details). We will need to know what information is incorrect and what it should be replaced with.

Right to ask us to stop contacting you with direct marketing

You can ask us to stop contacting you for direct marketing purposes by emailing, calling or writing to us.

You will need to provide proof of your identity and address and let us know what method of contact you are not happy with.
